When manufacturers of automobiles, or in fact, any kind of company that offers products for sale, develop a new model, survey to the public so that the important decisions and alterations in design, features, marketing, pricing and other important issues. The same is true with Ford and his next Mustang in 2015.
One of these United States market surveys conducted for Ford by Morpace was shared online at Mustang6G, courtesy of members of the PVC forums. While there is no way to be 100% sure that all of the above is final, we suspect that certain specifications and details could be very close to what we'll get when the 6th generation Mustang goes on sale the coming year.
"I have a study on auto options recently. I thought that it might be an indicator on the type of options available for the Mustang, "said PVC in a record. "We have a Mustang 2013 and I wonder if we have the email because of that. Anyway, here are pictures that I took. View these items and prices to be in line with what could be the Mustang? "
In the front part of the Powertrain, the study mentions three available engines, starting with a 300hp 3.8 liter V6 produced naturally aspirated and 290 lb-ft (393Nm) that returns 19 mpg city, 29 mpg highway.
The second option is a (+ $560) 2.4 liter inline-4 GTDI (Turbo direct injection) rated at 310hp and 310 lb-ft (420Nm), which has numbers of the fuel economy of 22 mpg in the city and 32 mpg highway.
The last option is one (+ $1890) 4.9 liter V8 twisting 430hp and 396 lb-ft (536Nm) and return 18 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway.
For the record, the current 2014 Mk5 Mustang is offered with two regular propellers (there is also the 662hp Shelby GT500), a 3.7-liter V6 produces 305hp and 280 lb-ft (19mpg in city / 29mpg on highway for the manual) and a 5.0 V8 litres with 420hp and 390 lb-ft (15mpg in city and 26mpg highway for manual gearbox).
In other words, all three engines listed in the questionnaire for the 2015 Mustang are new, improved or modified.
There is also an inquiry that price based on the Mustang 2015 is listed at $23.995 and another where the survey asked which of the following transmissions would choose if the cost was the same: 10-speed automatic 6-speed automatic 7 speed manual and manual 6-speed.
