To mark the debut of its new compact crossover market, Mercedes-Benz has launched the Special Edition 1 GLA series, which goes on sale in March 2014 along with the standard models of GLA.
Mercedes-Benz GLA Edition 1 is available to order from the end of November for approximately a year after the release. Based on the urban line, the exterior includes simulated underguard and roof rails in chrome, alloy wheels 19-inch AMG finished in satin black light, inserts a louvre black with chrome radiator grille, painted black outside mirrors, strips of black waist trim and dark tinted glass from the b pillars
The GLA Edition 1 can only be with one of the four finishes of paint called Cirrus white, metallic Brown East, mountain grey metallic and designo magno grey mountain. Other similar models from Edition 1, all have cars "Edit 1" lettering on the front wings.
Inside, the characteristics of GLA Edition 1 inside a desert of powder color scheme with seats wrapped in Brown Walnut leather and fabric Alvorada with striking of seam moccasin, steering wheel sports multifunction 3-spoke leather with perforated grip area and flattened bottom, sport pedals with rubber studs, brushed stainless steel trim, aluminum roof black lining and package light and vision.
Mercedes-Benz GLA Edition 1 can be ordered with any of the available engines, including two units of (GLA 200 with 156PS/154hp) and GLA 250 211PS/208hp with gasoline and two diesel (GLA 200 CDI with 136PS/134hp) and GLA 220 CDI with 170PS/168hp.
