We had to see this incredible incident twice to be sure that what we are seeing is real. The most surreal, is the so-called conversation among a group of men in the vehicle, which according to Carscoops trick Robert, was something like this:
"Oh, float!" Where are we going? I don't know, it may be on the edge. Do not point the wheel, is useless!"-don't say Sherlock...
The scene of the incident is not mentioned, but if it is not mother Russia, could be one of the surrounding countries - if you can, share in the comments.
